When we first moved to Puglia in December 2005 we bought two houses, one to live in and Villa Rosa to be used as a holiday rental.Villa Rosa is a delightful independent villa with pool and garden.
In 2007, after two successful seasons of renting Villa Rosa, and with advance bookings for 2008, we have decided to make our own home, Casa Mare, available for just a few weeks vacation rental each year.
This is a unique opportunity to experience the ex-pat lifestyle whilst holidaying in the comfort of a family home in the heart of Puglia. If you are looking for a holiday villa with pool, close to the beach and in a quiet location, this one is for you. Visitors to Casa Mare have exclusive use of the Villa and the 12m x 6m swimming pool is shared only occasionally with us, the owners. |

As well as our own two properties, we now take care of the bookings and guest services for friends of ours with Puglia holiday homes close to us.
